Tis No More

While climbing a few weeks ago I managed to have a minor climbing accident just below the summit of the Grand Teton. While I was leading out on a short pitch below the summit, I managed to let my left foot slip on some ice and pop my right shoulder out of place. At that point I thought I was in big trouble. A rescue perhaps? Luckily we made it off the summit and back down to the cars, but my climbing is over for the next 6 months at least.
When I went and saw an orthopedic surgeon he immediately scheduled me for an mri and found out I had torn my rotator cuff (more specifically my labrum) and had chipped some bone in the process.
Surgery's in a week and a half.
